Frequently questioned answers

Do I need to bring a laptop?

Yes, we do not provide laptops. Tablets can also work although they are slower for many young ones (and adults) to type on.

Will the tickets be refundable?

Because of the uncertainty of travel circumstances due to COVID-19, we will be allowing refunds of purchased tickets two days before the event

What should I do if my transaction fails?

In the unfortunate (and unlikely) event of a transaction failure, resulting in a non-issuance of a ticket (amount debited from card/account, but ticket not generated), please do not panic. Such problems are normally associated with connection issues, over which we do not have any control. If such an issue occurs, we kindly request you contact your respective card issuer/bank to get a refund of the said amount. Please drop us a line if you have any other concerns regarding tickets – we are happy to help.

Is lunch included?

Yes. Break time refreshments and lunch are included for all ticket holders.

Should I wear a mask?

Face masks are not mandatory at YouthCamp Kerala 2023 as on January 2023. However, we will follow the prevailing health guidelines at the time of the event, regarding the same. However, if you feel safer wearing face masks at a large event, please do so.
